The Design Process

Step 1

THE PLAN

Congratulations on your new Parkridge home! Our Designer will be contacting you shortly about a design appointment. Meanwhile, gather interior design photos, colours and design details that inspire you, and bring this with to share with the Designer.

Step 2

CUSTOMIZE YOUR HOME

During your scheduled appointment, we will discuss possible structural changes and customization options. At the end of this appointment, you will book your features & finishes appointment.

Step 3

SELECT YOUR FINISHES

During this appointment you will discuss tailoring the electrical plans to your needs and selecting your interior finishes. You will choose cabinets, countertops, flooring, paint colours and more. This is when you will sign off on your selections for ordering, scheduling and installation.

Step 4

INSPECTING YOUR HOME BEFORE CLOSING

Before you take final possession of your home, a Parkridge representative will lead you through your Pre-Delivery Inspection. Together you will tour your home to ensure that it has been finished to your satisfaction. You'll also be shown how to maintain and operate everything in it.
